CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you have paid for any Service on this Website, there ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Monthly service contracts may be canceled solely via email, and the related service will end at the end of the service period.
Monthly service contracts expire monthly and ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
The website development fee is not CANCELLABLE or REFUNDABLE once both parties sign the contract. The total amount of the agreement must be paid by the Client no later than the time specified in the contract.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund according to this policy, the Company will promptly instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and cannot expedite refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through the Terms of Service, that shall immediately terminate any licenses granted to you to use the material provided under these Terms of Service or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
